05	16 April	Rest day at Namche Bazaar, camp
06	17 April	Trek to Tengboche, camp
07	18 April	Trek to Base Camp
08	19 April	Base Camp Preparation
09-24	20 April – 05 May	Climbing period of Ama Dablam
25	06 May	BC to Tengboche, camp
26	07 May	Namche Bazaar, camp
27	08 May	Lukla, Lodge
28	09 May	Flight Lukla-Kathmandu, transfer to hotel B/B
29	10 May	Kathmandu, hotel B/B
30	11 May	Final Departure

 

Service Includes:

• 4 nights Hotel in Kathmandu in 3 star standard on B/B
• Complete camping equipment for trekking & base camp
• Food during trekking and Base Camp for Member & Staff
• Expedition Permit, National Park fee
• 2 base camp staff (1 Kitchen Boy & 1 cook)
• 1 Government Liaison Officer
• Above mentioned staffs daily wages, equipment allowance & Insurance
• 1 Gamow bag , Solar panel
• Fixed Rope, snow bar & Ice crew
• 3 High Altitude Epi Gas and 1 Stove each member
• 1 porter (30Kg) up to Base Camp per member
• 1 porter (30Kg) return from Base Camp per member
• Assistance for Cargo clearance (Custom duty fees to be paid by clients)
• Flight: Ktm-Lukla -Ktm, for member & Sherpa Staffs
